We have heard the voices of many residents loud and clear and are encouraged by the fact that the vast majority of us all want the same thing: We all want Bella Beach to be a safe and inviting place to live, work, and vacation.

This year, some disturbing incidences of verbal attacks and mistreatment have taken place in our community, and they continue to happen. This Neighborhood Watch space is accessible only to Owners/Residents who have the password. We will continue to document any mistreatment of any employee, resident, or guest at Bella Beach in this space, in an effort to record and ultimately eliminate this type of behavior ever occurring at Bella Beach.

BBPM cares deeply about our employees and about the experience our owners and guests have while living and visiting Bella Beach. Mistreatment of anyone at Bella Beach will not be tolerated, and we will always act to protect our employees, as any caring and responsible employer would.
