Our goal is for this site to serve as our online community. A place where we can come together to highlight our beautiful seaside neighborhood. A place to share information and resources. A site where together we can promote all that Bella Beach is today and protect all that it was always intended to be. A place where we capture our work together as we continue to plan a prosperous future for our community, our homeowners, our visitors, and our employees, for many years to come.
Community Investments & Improvements By Bella Beach Property Management
Bella Beach amenities are for everyone to enjoy! The owners of the Bella Beach commercial lots continue to invest and evolve the amenities program for all Bella Beach owners and renters. Please see our current list of amenities below. We would love to hear more from you about the additional amenities you would like to see offered at Bella Beach. - Café C’est La Vie: A Parisian-inspired cafe right on the heart of Bella Beach? Oui oui! Cafe C’est La Vie serves breakfast and lunch, offering delicious savory and sweet crepes, sandwiches (we love the Croque Monsieur!), salads, cheese plates, and wines by the glass as well as Caffe Umbria espresso drinks, hot chocolate, and pastries, too. Open Wednesday through Sunday from 8:30AM to 3:30PM, for sit-down and to-go service and online thecafecestlavie.com. We say Merci to Cafe C’est La Vie!
- The Backyard at Bella Beach: BBPM (Bella Beach Property Management) designed the backyard at Bella Beach to be a community gathering space where homeowners/residents and visitors alike can enjoy outdoor lawn games, roast marshmallows for s’mores by the fire, and BBQ and picnic with friends and family. We have some fun ideas for how we can use this space as a community going forward as we continue to grow, including:
- Inviting local makers and artisans to share their local goods to our residents, beginning Summer 2021. Please note: this is a private market to residents/guests of Bella Beach and would not be promoted to the public.
- The option to reserve the Backyard at Bella Beach for private celebrations, gatherings, and reunions.
- Additional games and activities available for check-out to enjoy in the space (think s’mores kits, lawn Jenga and other lawn games!).
- Bella Beach Cruiser Bikes: Bella Beach Property Management offers six custom, Dutch-style beach cruiser bikes (check out those Bella Beach license plates!) to BBPM owners and renters, so you can enjoy a cruise around the neighborhood. These bikes can be checked out at the BBPM office.
- Bella Beach Wagons: Coming in 2021. In addition to our fleet of cruiser bikes, this spring we will have a mini fleet of custom beach wagons also available for check out! Make getting your gear to the beach and back a breeze by checking out one of our custom beach wagons.
- Bella Beach Fitness: Originally planned for 2020, but delayed by Covid-19, BBPM has plans to open a fitness studio equipped with cardio and strength training equipment. The studio will also have room for yoga, HIT and other workouts, and will feature a Peloton bike, too! We look forward to providing this amenity once restrictions are lifted and fitness studios can operate without the fear of Covid-19.

Building a Successful Future Together
Bella Beach Property Management wants to build a long-lasting and collaborative relationship with the Board and all Owners and Residents. The ability to rent property is an essential and binding property right for many Bella Beach community members. This right was crucial to the initial purchase and financing of many homes in our community and provides many of our owners the ability to afford to own in a community like Bella Beach, by subsidizing their mortgage payments and adding value to their investment via the significant revenue generated by short term rentals. For others, the ability to generate income from short term rentals is key to their retirement plans and daily living income. Bella Beach was designed to provide this kind of return on investment for its community of owners, and just as importantly it was designed to generate living wage jobs for local residents.
In addition to providing jobs, Bella Beach Property Management is expanding our services to meet the needs of all owners and guests:
- Onsite Daily and Overnight Property Management & Security. Bella Beach Property Management is committed to keeping the Bella Beach Community safe and secure. We provide an around-the-clock presence via our on-site staff, in-house security, and third-party security contractors (retired law enforcement officers). If you have any issues or concerns please contact us at office@bellabeach.com.
- Housekeeping and Maintenance Service & Assistance. In addition to our full-time management team and office, our Housekeeping and Maintenance staff are on-site caring for Bella Beach properties daily. We strive to provide the best housekeeping and maintenance service around. And if you are a full-time resident, beginning in 2021 we will offer weekly, bi-weekly cleaning and 2X a year deep cleans/maintenance audits for your homes at a discounted rate.
- Professional Carpet Cleaning offered at a discount by Hallie Services. Let Hallie Services (hallieservices.com ) make your carpets look like new again! Discounted cleanings available to all owners and residents at Bella Beach.
